大阪市立大学長屋保全研究会とオープンナガヤ大阪2019実行委員会は、大阪にある40以上の長屋の改修・活用事例を一斉公開する”暮らしびらき”をテーマとした「オープンナガヤ大阪2019」を2019年11月16日（土）・17日（日）の両日に実施します。オープン・ハウス・ロンドンを模して2011年に始まったこのイベントは今年で9回目を迎え、昨年はのべ4,800名を超える来場者があり、年々注目度が増しています。

大阪には今なお、戦前に建設された伝統的な長屋が多く残っています。現在、それらの長屋を都市生活の新しい魅力と捉え、さまざまな方が長屋を活用して現代のライフスタイルに合わせた暮らしを楽しんでいます。本イベントは、そのような長屋での暮らしぶりや改修方法など「生き生きとした長屋情報」を提供することで、建築関係者や不動産関係者だけでなく、一般の方にも大阪長屋への理解や愛着を深めていただくことを目的としています。

OPEN NAGAYA OSAKA

We hold an event called OPEN NAGAYA OSAKA once a year.
We publish a guide map and conduct tours of nagaya.

In 2019, the event will be held for two days on Saturday, November 16, and Sunday, November 17.

For OPEN NAGAYA OSAKA, a lot of nagaya in Osaka will be open simultaneously under the theme of “Invitation to Nagaya Life.”

The event is intended to introduce publicly the life of people who continue to live in nagaya while adapting to today’s society.

The nagaya will be open not only to the owners of other nagaya and those related to the architectural and real estate industries but to those who wish to live in nagaya and the general public.

The event is designed to deepen understanding of and increase affection for nagaya in Osaka by informing visitors of cases of nagaya being utilized in Osaka today, and the glamour of living in nagaya.

As of today, about 40 nagaya place are scheduled to participate in the event.

The event has become popular each year, and over 4,500 people attended the event last year.
